For years Belarus has been ruled over by dictator President Lukashenko. One of the actions for punishment which he supports is the death penalty. We are using this petition as part of our citizenship coursework to assist us in determining that the majority of people out there disagree with the death penalty and agree that it is a highly condemned form of punishment.
