Have you been told to buy a new out door modem barely a year after upgrading to the Greenpacket modem?

Does your modem repeatedly try to establish a connection resulting incomplete page opening or lost connection?

Do you subscribe to the Unlimited access package, but barely have meaningful access to internet?

Do you feel like the ZOL customer service could do with some improvement?

We the undersigned share at least one of the above mentioned concerns and believe someone at ZOL shouldn't be sitting on his or her laurels whilst our hard earned cash go down the drain. this is a cry to regulatory boards like POTRAZ and CONSUMER COUNCIL to have a look into our plea.
