- This is a petition is to change or void eureka's agressive panhandling ordinance. T has, (in the name of tragic safty) made it a crime to beg in the key places of Eureka that beggars can get to the people wail they want to donate. This leaves countless beggars no were they can secsessfuly collect donations. By signing this petition you agree that the city should void this ordinance in tell reevaluated and changed.
