The management at BofA Stadium acts like it is physically impossible to walk up the stairs with a cooler of beer. Their refusal to provide service to the upper deck is pure laziness and a total insult to every paying fan in those seats.

it is so annoying missing half the game just to wait in that massive line at the concourse. fix this.
