If traffic issues were a concern then the resigning should have been appealed, not the alcohol beverage permit. Both appeals state issues with parking and traffic; there is a shared parking agreement with the neighboring commercial property alleviating any overflow parking and there is zero proof the sales of a beer or two per person is going to increase traffic. There’s no proof or studies proving this therefore the appeal is invalid

As a resident of St Johns County, especially along the beaches, we need more stuff like this. What is wrong with some place to go have a beer and grab a bite?
