I have been working with legal counsel this week to finalize a formal clemency packet for the Governor. We are now preparing to submit these documents to the executive office to prompt a direct review of the case.

The increase in support has moved this case into a new category for legal review. We are currently finalizing a formal request to the Governor's clemency office and will submit our supporting documentation by the end of the week.

He's my only child, I solely depend on him to help me around the house for the past 3 1/2 years I've been going through a lot of emotional distress.
Ricardo is my grandson it’s because of me why he came to america, he has been through some very challenging times, and I know he has being redeemed. I am asking for a person for him.
After 31 years this is home, please allow mr Brown to play that father’s role that they so deserve., too much of our children have been denied that opportunity
Am a retired veteran of 24 years service in the USArmy, please do what it takes to give my nephew a second chance to remain in this great country.
Support my brother it ain't right they trying to keep him away from his family over 3 misdemeanor and it ain't right !!
We all make mistakes and should be pardoned if we live a decent life and work hard to show that we are sorry for our wrong deed. Please have mercy on this young man

I am asking you to please give Ricardo brown the opportunity and a chance to be a father to his three children .and to be around his family. Been deported will do nothing for him because all his families are here in the state praying for his release. Thank you.
