This petition is for Governor Coumo to pardon Ricardo Brown from being deported to Jamaica he have three misdemeanor charges from 20yrs ago he been living in America since he was 8yrs with a permanent resident he also have all his family here with three American born daughters am asking for support for him he’s been detained 3and half years now fighting from being removed.
