1. There seems to be contradicting opinions as to whether beef is actually really taboo to the hindus. ( I am not too sure about the Buddhists though). 2. Warnings about nut allergy in the UK is a must ( i am not too sure about the rest of Europe though). In fact allergens must be explicitly declared in the ingredient declaration. I reckon there are 14 allergens - i doubt beef is one of them but glutten is. Drawing parallel to the same appears misplaced. 3. Beef Free labels? Well i guess everyone and anyone is free to suggest anything.
