As a Frenchman living in the UK, there is no other place in the world I'd rather be in than Manchester <3 However - and I don't mean to make any offense to the British culture - food is the one thing that makes me homesick at times ...


I know you guys are trying your best to replicate our baguettes, our paté, our croissants, our cheese, and I would like to stress how much French expats living in the UK appreciate your efforts to ... "up your game" ! But, despite all this good will, there is nothing else that could replace a good, nice, Carrefour supermarket !


I think it would be of benefit for everyone - not just French people ! - to install a Carrefour shop in the UK and benefit from all the best products that French gastronomy can bring !


So, if you sign this petition, YOU will make a MASSIVE step forward to improve your culinary routine and experience food you won't be able to forget.


And, as we say in French : Trying it, is already adopting it !
