Extreme edited images of women in the beauty industry have to stop. You’re creating an illusion of perfection on the very young generations.

Beauty isn’t the name of hiding your flaws by layering up and photoshopping. It’s all about to be content with your beautiful features and ensure that you are perfectly imperfect.

I myself am guilty of using face apps for smoothing my skin ect and now im starting to realise how important it is to show the world your real self and normalise textured skin ect, this is the best way to advertise products and yourself. If this is achieved then maybe all of us who have our major or miniature insecurities will forget them and become more beautiful by showing everyone the real us with a smile and not a fake smile/pose. LETS NORMALISE REAL NON EDITED PICTURES FOR EVERYTHING THING AND EVERY REASON!

Beauty fake standards have make a lot of girls and women lose thier self confidence which is leads to a lot of mental health problems. For me, when I see those models and girls with that beautiful image, I hate myself and start to say bad things to myself. But now, I started to love who I'm and know that all of these are edited images or plastic surgeries. So, I thank Allah every single day for my natural beauty ❤️

I have a question for you I'm a big fan of huda beauty products and spent hell money to buy these products and without getting PR or any discount always promoted this brand check my feed but never ever get noticed. The only ppl from my county get noticed and got PR who were using professional cameras or know how to play with editing tools. But what if a small blogger with no dslr and editing apps is promoting the brand free of cost. Will she be noticed ever ????

Just because of the beauty standards they have created I'm feeling very insecure to show up MYSELF on social media even though I'm very passionate about beauty and makeup. It's like this is only for the girls with good skin and body which makes lot of girls question about themselves. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!

It is not only about making people feel bad about their beauty but also about the sustainability of purchase. If beauty industry think this way, they will multiply their sales
