I think photoshop and most brands create a false unattainable image of what real beauty should look like, this is affecting the mental health of so many women including men, we feel pressured to get to the quality of perfection we see on social media that we end up forgetting who we are and hurting our true self in the process. Depression over these kind of things is real and the truth needs to come out.
