We, the undersigned, support a major city campaign to beautify Glendale, AZ through the use of all or some of the following initiatives:
- Beautify all rights-of-way throughout the city
- Implement special zoning to cap certain retail uses throughout the city
- Implement a city incentive program to attract more beneficial retail uses adjacent to neighborhoods
- Support city council’s decision to add additional code inspectors
- Reimplement the use of “Focus Areas” in neighborhoods
- Reimplement the Neighborhood Revitalization Program
- Reimplement the “Broken Window” theory
- Add art elements to neighborhoods

YES! And I live by that vacant Texaco and I remember the days when I'd go there because there was a little Taco Bell on the inside and there was NO McDonalds or Walgreens on the opposite corner!!!
Having lived in Glendale since 1986 I have seen the projects used in the past to enhance our “home” in Glendale. I have been very sad that my and other neighborhoods have gone down hill to the point I have considered moving from Glendale. My husband and I work hard to maintain our home. I would really appreciate enhanced code enforcement again etc.
Please no more car washes!

If it helps Glendale clean up so that we do not look like a trash dump to the rest of the state it's a good thing
