We the undersigned support the creation of a Park Committee chairperson to serve on the BCCC HOA board on behalf of the park in BCCC. All maintenance and upgrades to the park shall be managed by the Park Committee Chairperson as approved by homeowners and the Board. We want a safe, beautiful park for all to enjoy - young and old. By signing this petition, we want the board and HOA to know how important this beautiful space is to our community. We also support increased funding allocation for the maintenance and future upgrades of Bear Paw Park. As the only space dedicated to outdoor recreation for the Bear Creek Country Club Community, we feel it is imperative that the BCCC Board /HOA recognize it by allocating a minimum of $1000 per year to it\'s upkeep.
