i think it will never happen , but lets try , shaving is one of the most miserable thing you do in life , for example at 3 am before going to a long turnaround ..

Some of our senior colleagues have more facial hair in their moustache than we would with a well groomed beard.
Shaving on a daily basis irritates my skin and the amount of in-growing hair makes me bleed and I had blood stains on my shirt numerous times before.
Having a moustache and a shaved beard was implemented when the company started in 1985, time has changed since then, and so should our grooming standard.

Strongly Agree! Specially if some of them leave moustache so what's wrong with leaving the whole beard. And a lot of airlines in Europe or Australia and U.S. Allow it

All European Airline Companies allow use of well groomed beard.

Away of the statements like "beard helps make crew look firm and manly" or "it would help to defuse situations with female passengers", I'm signing the petition motivating introducing male beard from the point of view of personal hygiene, as many male crew experience severe irritation every time they shave, with some of them being grounded from time to time due to that
