Yes indian airlines should also allowed men to have beard. A good trim beard gives more confidence & also it feels good. There will be no effect on safety & also nor professionalism

I have always had an issue with rashes on my neck when having to shave twice in less than 48 hours & to top it off when u have to wear jackets in a hot cabin for being the only male crew which makes it worse
