Jane Long memorial hwy needs to be moved back at the curve at 124. The problem won't repair it self and people are right it has become dangerous when high tides come in and covers the road. Not meny areas on the Texas coast that you can drive like that and enjoy the beach access it needs to be preserved.

Can't believe this wasn't handled after hurricane Ike like our elected officials and Txdot stated it would. They just resurfaced it which only raised it a few inches. If they wait any longer doing studies it will be to late ,unrepairable and wind up closed off like the old closed hwy 87 to Sabine.

I love overseas but from Houston and share a beach cabin with my sister in Crystal Beach. It is very important that this road be repaired without delay.

We need this road opened back up. It would be safer for everyone if it would get fixed. Having only one way in and out makes it hard on everyone that lives in or attends Sabine pass.

Please fix or rebuild new road inland. Forget about closing Rollover Pass and spend the money where it's needed.
