That is a shame they have let this road get so bad. It used to be a scenic ride and so enjoyable.

I have to drive this road 5 days a week, as does my husband, to go to work. My husband is a heart patient and we need to be able to get to Galveston quickly when he has a problem. Please do something about this highway. Our livelihoods and his life depend on it.

We need a viable escape route in case of a hurricane, since 87 and 124 ARE the EVACUATION ROUTE for Bolivar Peninsula! This should be clear at all times!

This road is vital to everyone that lives on or visits Bolivar. We need it for a safe evacuation when necessary and for daily travel.

It is a shame a petition of the people had to be established to make things happen around here.
The state n gov don't mind land grabbing or collecting taxes...when it suits them but until then all that matters is you best keep paying all the taxes that are mismanaged that aren't fixing the what?

Abandon the closing of Rollover and focus on elevating Hwy 87.
Spending taxpayer money to close a vital waterway, while ignoring a vital right of way.
