I am very disappointed in our town ship's shortsightedness in even considering this development. It is unacceptable and does not belong in this area.

Please help us to keep this area a wonderful place to live. My family has moved twice due to these sort of developments. My husband died of cancer and my young daughters are so happy in this community.

I am a resident of Mitchell's Farms and I vehemently oppose this development. The traffic on Weber Road will be unbearable as there is only one way in and one way out of the current subdivisions. This housing development will also cause overcrowding of Boyd E Smith Elementary which is already at capacity.

Rent-seeking behaviors by developers while disrupting quality of life should not be tolerated. At no point have the residents received notice from the developer on how it plans to improve overall quality of life for resident in the area.

This development isn't right for this plot of land or any spot in Miami Township. It's time to send Ryan Homes back to the drawing board for a solution more in keeping with the area.

Need to fix the traffic before we add more homes

I think that the fact the proposed development has made it this far shows a severe shortsightedness in the part of our township representation. It seems they only see the short term gain of increased revenue on taxes and not the severe burden it will place on taxpayers in its boundaries on remedying already overcrowded schools, congested roadways and further diminish services like fire and police ability to adequately cover the needs of the community. I am not for any further house development in our township until these very real and problematic issues have been addressed first.

I am not against a development but this plan does not consider problems for those that live on Weber and will have this in our front yards. Traffic, Size of lots, etc.

This proposed development is going to be low end housing, not matching the quality around it. Please do not allow it as planned.

Please consider a plan that will raise, not lower, the property values of the surrounding neighborhoods. The Ryan plan under consideration will lower, not raise, the surrounding property values.

Please consider a different option for the Diekmeyer property that will benefit all not just the builder.

Trustees are our advocates, and as such, should reject this plan. A well thought out neighborhood with proper setbacks, and with the same amenities of nearby neighborhoods, should be the bare minimum. This proposed neighborhood meets none. Reject! Wait out for a better plan. This property deserves better.

We do not want the neighborhood off of Branch hill as it stands. It does not add value nor anything positive to the overall well being of Miami Township East.

Too many houses on small lots and no enter/exit directly to Branch Hill Guinea or into adjacent subdivision of Deer Creek?

Not against proper well thought out and planned development. This plan is neither.

This proposal has no community input and is an ill conceived plan.

The Paxton South HOA and it's residents oppose this project as currently presented by Ryan Homes for the Diekmeyer farm development.
