In the past, Cube Entertainment has lacked proper communication with the public, leading to confusion, rumors, and distress among the fans of the idols they manage. The most recent transgression of this style has been the lack of clear and timely communication regarding the current employment status of E'dawn and HyunA, leaving fans to worriedly speculate for months and Cube Entertainment's reputation and stock value to plummet on an international scale.

We, the fans of Cube across the world, are determined to make sure that this offense will be the last.

As a kpop entertainment company, communication with the fans that support it should be of the upmost importance, secondary only to the safety and happiness of the idols in their care. We have willingly devoted time, energy, resources and, most importantly, our love to these idols and, by extension, to Cube Entertainment. It is perfectly reasonable for us to expect updates relevant to our investment in return, and we feel as if that has not been the company's priority. It's about time that changes.

We want Cube to improve their communication in these ways:

• Unless it will actively harm the artists or goes against their need for privacy, we expect detailed updates on important news regarding the idols, including but not limited to statements on scandals, schedule changes, or health issues
• If a detailed update isn't possible due to an idol's privacy, we expect a update to inform us of the idol's general well-being
• We expect that that the opinions and concerns of idols and fans on the subject of major decision are listened to before a decision is made. Those in the boardrooms of Cube may have the ultimate decision making power,but without the idols and fans Cube Entertainment would not exist, and therefore we have the right to be heard.

• While we want Cube's decisions on important matters to be carefully made after lots of consideration, we expect that updates on said decisions are done in a timely manner to quell any rumors that may spread in absence of facts

• We expect that the updates come from Cube sources, such as the official Twitter, and not through news sources to help better distinguish rumor from fact.

• We expect that a regularly checked United Cube fan email be created for fans to message outside of the fan cafe, so that serious concerns can be addressed.

We love every single idol in the Cube family, and we want them to prosper and develop in their time with Cube Entertainment via our support, but to do so requires trust, trust that Cube has broken and seems to have taken for granted. We believe that through the changes stated above our trust in Cube may return and grow and that the worries that have plagued the fans of Cube artists will be subdued.

• También que las opiniones y preocupaciones tanto de los idols y los fans en cuanto a un tema de gran importancia sean oídas /antes/ de que una decisión sea tomada. Aquellos en la sala de juntas de Cube han de tener como meta fundamental crear poder, pero sin los artistas y fans Cube Entertainment no existiría, y por lo tanto tenemos el derecho a ser escuchados.
• Mientras deseamos que las decisiones de Cube en temas importantes sean cuidadosamente hechas después de mucha consideración, esperamos también que noticias sobre dichos temas se realicen de manera oportuna para calmar cualquier rumor que se propague por ausencia de hechos.
• Esperamos que las actualizaciones vengan desde fuentes de Cube (tales como la cuenta oficial de Twitter) y no mediante fuentes de noticias, esto para ayudar a distinguir rumores de hechos reales.

Amamos a cada uno de los idols en la Cube Family, y queremos que ellos prosperen y se desarrollen en su tiempo con Cube Ent. a través de nuestro apoyo, pero hacerlo requiere confianza, una confianza que Cube ha roto y parece ser que lo da por sentado.
