If the owner abandonded them the judge would be wrong to return the pets to them. Please do the right thing Judge and let them be rescued and rehomed to people who won't abandon them, Sir.

please do not return them. These people knew right from wrong, therefore they have no excuses. These animals deserve better. Give them the chance to get loving homes with responsible owners
