Was saying that after giving owner the same treatment as those furbabies, then she should be required to pay all of the expenses associated with the rescue, medical care, feeding and housing the animals she says she loves so much, in addition to spay or neuter of all those animals rescued from their miserable fate, then face consequences of her actions in a court of law, AND STILL NOT GET THE PLEASURE OF HAVING THESE ANIMALS RETURNED TO HER!!!

They didnt get in that condition overnight. Please do not place those dogs back with her to suffer any further.
