She didn't have the compassion to take care of them before so why should she now...the furbabies got a second chance but she doesn't deserve one.

The owner should have taken these dogs and pups with them. To leave them with no power food or water is horrendous. How can a human even expect to get these dogs back. They gave up thatcright when abandoned them. As a grandma to Braveheart and know his naglect please dont allow them to return to these less than human beings. They only want to escape prosecution. They will do it again.

the desperation of an animal to be so hungry and thirsty that they are chewing through walls is absolutely heartbreaking. That alone would convince anyone that these dogs need to be found homes with responsible pet owners.
