They abandoned these babies with no food or water! There is NO way they should have them back! Let them be adopted by someone who CARES!

Not one human being with a beating heart would think that returning these poor animals to the S.O.B. who left them their to die is the right thing to do. Would children be returned to them??

There is NO excuse for this and nothing that would warrant them getting these dogs back! They should stand trial for what they did and not be allowed to own any animals in the future.
