Enough already! The prior owners were criminal in leaving these animals to starve to death, with no water or food available. They not only deserve the strictest punishment for abandonment and cruelty, they do not deserve to get the animals back -- to potentially abuse/neglect them again. Please prosecute to the fullest extent of the law! Please restrict these people from ever having animals in their care ever again!
