As a parent, following is our proposal to open more charter schools:
Bronx Charter School for Excellence 3 (BCSE 3) in the fall of 2017, Bronx Charter School for Excellence 4 (BCSE 4) in the fall of 2018, and Bronx Charter School for Excellence 5 (BCSE 5) in the fall of 2019.
