Island dogs are cute but a total nuisance! Train your freaking dogs they are disrupting everybody and their barks echo into everyone's apartments. There is one dog in building M, one in the apartment next to carrefour, and many dogs that play in the parking lot and their owners don't realize how disruptive their dogs are being.
