The city finally pulled the plug on BB's late night permit and we can finally sleep in our own homes again. This win belongs to every single neighbor who refused to let these people destroy our peace with their constant chaos. Keep your eyes open because we will not let …

The residents of Jordan Village surrounding this establishment want this residential neighborhood to be a safe, quiet, and peaceful place to live. Due to BB's, the residents of this neighborhood have been experiencing the following issues:

-Loud music coming from the bar (open mic night, karaoke, live entertainment)

-Screaming and yelling on the sidewalk

-Patrons yelling and singing from the street into bar

-Intoxicated drivers leaving the bar

-Intoxicated pedestrians leaving the bar

These issues are primarily occurring between 9:30 PM and 3:30 AM most days of the week and weekends. The police have been contacted numerous times for the above issues.

Due to the aforementioned, we, the residents of Jordan Village, are being prevented from living in a thriving, safe, and secure environment. Something needs to change.

The sheer volume of support proves that we are no longer willing to let BB's turn our streets into their private playground. Ownership has ignored our calls and complaints for far too long, but they cannot ignore all of us.

Let these students study!!! Stopping all noise at 12AM is EXTREMELY reasonable! Please be considerate!

Please respect other people trying to sleep! I would like to point out though that JV is part of the problem sometimes, too. I had an incident a few weeks ago where a neighbor was blasting music at SEVEN AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING, so loudly that it woke me up. Luckily another neighbor called cops to stop the noise, but that was incredibly disrespectful for it to happen in the first place.
