I have no affiliation to the board but after hearing all the comments at the HOA Meeting I have decided to start this petition simply to gauge interest in changing By Laws. I think it would be easier to generate the 67% of homes (about 350 homes) need to make a change by creating one sweeping amendment.
I propose the following and by signing this you are saying you would vote for this all encompassing change to these 3 By Laws.
- Amend the fence height from 4 feet to 6 feet (this is what is allowed by the zoning commission)
- Allow Above Ground Pools
- Allow Sheds
From what I have heard these are 3 of the most popular items. So by putting them all together in one petition I feel is the best way to get change and the signatures needed.

We would love a pool for the kids to teach swimming and cool them off in the summer, especially since we are not associated with the club houses who have this privalage so closeby. Our two car garage doors not easily store our outdoor gardening equipment and bikes for easy access, a small shed would allow us to have these available and have both cars easily in the garage year-round. Lastly, our dog ran away after jumping through our invisible fence and over our 4 foot fence, 6 foot would have been ideal, and I may still have had a dog.
Would love to be able to have a 6 foot fence. Too many cars stop right behind our house.
I vote yes for all 3 items
6 foot fence would be nice.
I'd like to see sheds allowed on the property to allow for additional storage.

Fence height should be taller due to the fact that dogs can reach the top of them the way they are. Some pools are big in size and should not have to be taken down every night - that is a waste of water and costly too. Sheds should be big enough to store lawn mowers and snowblower since if not kept up hoa gets upset. They should also be able to go anywhere in backyard not only against house.
