IMPORTANT FACT - The BBC were granted the licence fee in order to produce unbiased and factual reporting, however THEY COVERED UP THE PAEDOPHILE SCANDAL BEHIND THEIR OWN DOORS AS THAY WERE ABOUT TO SHOW A PROGRAMME PRAISING JIMMY SAVILE (ALTHOUGH THEY HAD BECOME AWARE OF HIS ACTIVITIES REGARDING CHILDREN) AND PRAISING HIS "ACHIEVEMENTS" FOR CHARITY!!!!! THEY HAVE BREACHED THE TERMS OF THEIR LICENCE FEE. This is an OUTDATED practice, introduced when there were 2 channels - BBC and STV - there are so many other channels now that are not afraid to expose the likes of Jimmy Savile and Gary Glitter, they have to find the money elsewhere - SO SHOULD THIS BIASED LOT OF SPONGERS who were put up in a £250 a night hotel when there was plenty of cheaper bed and breakfast accommodation nearby. GET RID OF THEM or I will get rid of my Television! What would the Government do if we ALL refused to pay the licence - that is exactly what we should do! I HAVE A FILE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR LAVISH SPENDING AND COVER UPS AND HAVE ALREADY SENT THE BBC LICENCE OFFICE A COPY!

I am sick and tired of the left wing bias of the BBC. All political persuasions should be represented so that the people can then decide which way to vote. A good analogy would be to remember that even when women were given the vote their husbands would tell them how to vote, or try to. I think the BBC, having failed to represent all licence payers, should be made to earn its corn rather than having money thrown at them

What I just heard about forgiving the brutal, sick, and cowardly murder of a brave British soldiers is really the last straw for the BBC and our American television is just as bad. These so called anti war protestors and their ilk are NOT anti war they are cowards themselves who are anti British Soldier. We need to support the British Army every regiment and the ra ra ra support in America is merely a front for doing nothing about the suffering their young men and women can go through. I am disgusted with the BBC and disgusted with the decision. We must stand up and fight for our children, brothers, and fathers who are truly brave members of a universal family that is falling apart thanks to apathy and lies.
