Would be great to revisit his performances. Honoured in his hometown now the BBC should honour him also.

It's about time that the legend that was Rorry Gallagher was brought to the attention of a generation of youngsters who would probably never have heard of him, come on bbc do the right thing

Anyone who saw Rory will never forget him. There were better guitarists but no one could beat him for live performances. As a posh git once said next to me " the charisma of the man!"
