Tabloids will do anything to make some money, and the Daily Mirror is no exception. They have managed to make a huge ordeal from an unreleased piece of filming Top Gear recorded well over a year ago (February 2013) featuring Mr. Clarkson apparently using the "N-word" in the traditional children's counting rhyme "eeny, meeny, miny, moe" whilst choosing between two cars. He has apologized sincerely and has since explained that he was mumbling, which unfortunately for him sounded like the word in question - this can be heard on the tape if you listen closely.

Surely, the BBC have much more pressing issues than dealing with something which was intentionally misheard by a newspaper in order to make money? Jeremy Clarkson is one of Britain's (if not the world's) greatest ever presenters with a sparkling career which has bagged his employer huge sums of money due to the success of BBC Top Gear (even if he has previous allegations for mild offences which are over-exaggerated) The mere fact he has released a statement "begging for forgiveness" because of the coincidence suggests how out of hand this simple mistake has become. There is no reason a newspaper should have the ability to end it considering the decades it has spanned, just to create a story.

Official figures from the UK Government (Michael Gove) have voiced that he should not be sacked - is there anyone else of more importance who has voiced an opinion? No, there isn't.

Please sign in order to show your support for Mr. Clarkson and show the BBC that it would be incredibly stupendous for them to fire him on such grounds.

NOTE: We appreciate that Clarkson has told media he is on a final warning, but if the BBC are pressured enough may rid of him.
