Access onto the already dangerous, busy A49. We already have problems with congestion on the roads, this is madness

In addition to losing our last central green space of the Glebe Field, these developments are totally unsustainable.

This part of the A49 has already seen numerous accidents. Turning right out of Lyth Hill Road onto the A49 is already a difficult and potentially dangerous manoeuvre which would only be worsened by this new development as new traffic regularly comes into the village to use all (already stretched) facilities.

The development of the old Oak land school site will provide a number of houses in Bayston Hill using brown field site, not taking valuable arable land.

Social and economic sustainability; doctors, schools and shops at capacity. Traffic; egress onto A49/Hereford road requires substantial investment and work to safely grow the the village population. Environmental sustainability; development will damage habitats and protected trees. Bayston Hill has already supplied the required 5 year housing stock.

Strongly object on the grounds of environmental sustainability. The surrounding countryside should be left intact for future generations to enjoy. Also traffic access and dangers related. Another cause if concern is the economic sustainability as there will not be enough spaces in the local school for village children or doctors or dentists etc.
