Where will it end? BH is not a village any longer and has a job accommodating the residents it already has!

We need our countryside protected for future generations, not more concrete

Too many developments being allowed, Bayston Hill will soon become a suburb of Shresbury. Infrastructure cannot cope.

The village does not have the infrastructure needed to support further housing. The village is also in danger of losing its boundaries + merely becoming of Shrewsbury.

Social and economic sustainability; doctors, schools and shops at capacity. Traffic; egress onto A49/Hereford road requires substantial investment and work to safely grow the the village population. Environmental sustainability; development will damage habitats and protected trees. Bayston Hill has already supplied the required 5 year housing stock.
