No. Soon there will be no land left between us and the neighbouring villages.

The village does not have the infrastructure needed to support further housing. The village is also in danger of losing its boundaries + merely becoming of Shrewsbury.

Social and economic sustainability; doctors, schools and shops at capacity. Traffic; egress onto A49/Hereford road requires substantial investment and work to safely grow the the village population. Environmental sustainability; development will damage habitats and protected trees. Bayston Hill has already supplied the required 5 year housing stock. Although a small development this will set a precedent.

Strongly object on the grounds of environmental sustainability. The surrounding countryside should be left intact for future generations to enjoy. Also traffic access and dangers related. Another cause if concern is the economic sustainability as there will not be enough spaces in the local school for villiage children or doctors or dentists etc.

If all the houses were built the local amenities could not cope.
