This petition is to encourage support of Bay City to work with HEB to turn the beautiful green space across from the store to a new public park for Bay City's kids. We need more parks that are walking distance from our homes so our kids can grow to be happy, healthy, and love the outdoors!

It's no secret that Bay City is lacking in safe, clean, updated playgrounds. Many of the parks in the area are either restricted to schools, we have to drive to them, or they are full of old, broken equipment that poses a safety hazard. Our kids deserve a place where they can go to play, explore and enjoy the outdoors, right in the heart of our beautiful little town!
