I understand that as a Realtor, my clients’ well-being is intimately connected with the well-being of the communities I serve.

During this coronavirus crisis, public health experts have determined that the well-being of the communities I serve depends on:

• my compliance with local (Alameda County, Contra Costa County, City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Marin County) and state orders to stay at home, and
• other practices designed to minimize transmission of the disease.

I understand that the stay-at-home orders, which have the force of law, contain certain exceptions for “essential” services, and that the practice of real estate outside my home is not one of these exceptions.

I also understand that I am bound by the Realtor Code of Ethics to comply with the law in my professional practice under all circumstances.

Therefore, I pledge to comply with local and state orders to stay at home.
