Speed limit of 35mph is too high for residential. Sidewalks are needed as well.

Such an important issue. If not sidewalks, then what about speed humps or perhaps a lowered MPH? Another idea that could help traffic calming: build a roundabout on Granny White Pike at Battlefield.

This is critical and affects every resident -sidewalks are needed in our neighborhood to connect parks, schools, homes and businesses.

This is very important! I am so worried one of our little ones is going to get hurt.

My husband and I are concerned for the safety of our small child and all the children, pedestrians, and pets who live and walk on Battlefield. Sidewalks would go a long way toward improving our safety. Ours is a little neighborhood road that unfortunately serves as a cut-through between the major thoroughfares of Granny White/12th and Belmont, and I would love to see the speed limit (35) lowered to below the speed limit of Belmont (30). Speed bumps of course would help too.

We need sidewalks in the neighborhoods for both safety, and as an alternative means of travel to car. With Nashville growth - we must think about moving people on foot safely and slowing down the speed limit on this street!

This road is part of my daily commute, as I live off of Battlefield. Sidewalks would be wonderful!

Noelton is yet another street in the area with children who ride bikes in the street and run back and forth to their friends' homes. We have no sidewalks either. Additionally, many adults walk their dogs and often have to tell folks who are speeding to slow down. It is not safe for children or adults!

People drive down battlefield going over 50 mph with no regard for people walking. It is NOT Safe for my family. Side walks will be step one. Step two, speed traps. People should not be using our road as a cut through. Please help!!

I often see the city bus speeding through the neighborhood (with no riders, of course) going from Battlefield to McNairy. Something needs to be done to slow traffic speed.

Sidewalks and speed bumps would be greatly appreciated. Many families and pets in our neighborhood!
