I think this petition is a good idea. The fact that France and Russia (the two countries that suffered the highest casualty rate in what remains one of the most destructive conflicts in history) are merely an EA cashbucks afterthought is disgusting. I don't want to play "muh diversity"-field, I want to play a WW1 themed shooter. What makes a game themed is the setting and characters. It wouldn't be Star Wars with Aragorn running around with an M4.

Blackwashing historic events in mass-media should be morally condemned. Instead of being honest with reality, DICE willingly chooses not to include queer trans non-binary two-spirit gender fluid playable characters. As someone who sexually identifies as an Apache attack helicopter, I find it absolutely unacceptable they will refuse to include truly oppressed minority groups.
