The entire problem stems from the fact that this place is mostly run by Paul’s family members. And Western Reds have always taken priority over any other comp.

My team regularly gets put in the wrong division but I wouldnt want to fire him over it.

The summer competitions have been poorly run. Teams in wrong divisions weekly, no transparency in terms of points tables for each division and because of poor organisation, there seems to be less teams every year.

Regardless if you agree or disagree with the current operations of the committee it should be member elected and transparent with its operations. An AGM and general election is required absolutely.

May be biased, the only reason Bathurst is where it is at to this day is due to the endless hours of work from Sue and Paul. No one would be able to nor want to put the time and effort they do.

Paul and Sue have to stay they really care about the people that are involved in basketball at the stadium and offer alot of their time to help run it.

Paul and Sue have done SO much for Bathurst Basketball and mean so much to so many people including my three children.
They have been the supportive influence on them mainly with Basketball but all areas of their lives.
Bathurst needs dedicated people like them so why get rid of them when they are passionate and dedicated to the sport and the children/families of Bathurst!!
Let the people be heard!

As a member and having 3 children⛹️♂️⛹️♀️⛹️♀️that basically live at the Bathurst Indoor Stadium after school & who will represent the Bathurst Goldminer’s Association, I do believe We as members should have the right to be notified of the AGM so We can attend these meetings to have Our vote or say in the decisions that are to be made for Our Association.
