Yea back in the day summer hoops Valley Ave. Was all ee needed playing or watch or just chilling with your ppl.but from my understanding they are putting courts at Matter Park...

I would love to see more courts placed in the parks to give the youth something more constructive to do then run the streets and ruin their lives

When I was growing up in Central Marion there was courts everywhere and when City Hall was taken over all programs that tutored me vanished its a damn shame that Marion has lost its way.....in all facets

I remember growing up in Marion, summers were the best because we could all meet up and play/watch the basketball games. 38th street, 14th, Valley Ave. Good clean fun.
