I support this project like a parent and citizen. BASIS Schools are a really great and all the students are oriented on academics and very respectful !

I am in support of the new location for BASIS Scottsdale. I believe they have adequately addressed all the concerns raised by neighbors. As one of those neighbors, I am actually looking forward to having the school closer to our residence. I believe it will increase the property value of our home, and it will make it much safer for my child who attends the school, as she will no longer have to cross Shea Boulevard on her bicycle every day.

We support the best school that exists in the country. It exists in Scottsdale. To turn away something so special would be turn away a big part of the great future of Scottsdale. We need the boost to the economy and we need more dedicated scholars in our mix.

The BASIS provides top tier education. I am a faculty at Carnegie Mellon and can vouch for the quality of students coming out of BASIS. Scottsdale should be proud of having a globally ranked school rather than forcing it out.
