My husband and I heartily oppose this proposal. It will greatly increase our traffic issues and put our school system in jeopardy by increasing the number of school age children in the proposed housing.

Area is already overpopulated and awful traffic no matter what route you take. And I strongly believe it would definitely bring not only more crime but worse crime.

Someone has been taking down the signs. They also took the sign with time and date for meeting. We all need to show up Thursday at 7p to show them that we do not support the rezone. I’m also taking time to write the commissioners. This has brought awareness to many that even these elections are crucial. Who really has our best interest in mind.

This will cause too much congestion in our small town. Auburn is not sized like Lawrenceville, GA.

I strongly oppose this new development in our area. I have lived here for 35 years and I love the country life with a small town atmosphere. I do not believe it is in the area's best interest to proceed with a development of this type. This area is made of single family homes and the last 10-15 years we have build more homes that are in the price range for buyers other than 1st time home buyers. I believe that has continued to allow our area to grow but not get congested with travel. Our local roads are not in the best shape to handle such a high volume of traffic. As well as the areas coming from Auburn trying to get onto Hwy 211 towards Braselton.

I oppose this change in zoning. Our property values will decline and our area, which was once rural, will change drastically

I strongly oppose the addition of more high density housing in our area. Townhomes are already being built at Hey 211 and Hal Jackson. This is already slow traffic. The burden in schools, emergency services, and property taxes are all unexceptionable. Please vote NO!

High Density Housing is a bad idea. We do not need more traffic. Don't spend money on bigger roads. Take the time to plan neighborhoods with larger lots and affordable (well-built) houses to grow our community without overloading it.
