I am an investor in Phase 9, the changing of rules on 'thumb suck' notices must stop. OWNERS MUST VOTE - on any proposed changes. URGENT AUDIT of Finances is needed to established WHO was awarded WHAT contracts and HOW. What are BUILDING LEVIES - WHO has benefitted from it thus far.

We need to look into why Ripple Effect is necessary , if we have paid committee members . The commitee can surely fulfil these functions .

My main request is that non-committee members establish a consultative forum and that we have a voice and constructive input into the Estate management and decisions, which we are part of, thank you.
