The summer is here! It's time for the beach, picnics, and family barbecues. But at Parkview Apartments we are prohibited from barbecuing on our balconies. Why? I once asked a board member about this and was told it was because one person complained about the smell. I don't know if this is true or not but the point is, I see no legitimate reason why we are not allowed to barbecue. Today, propane grills are very safe. Tanks cannot be filled now if they are past the date stamped on them for safety reasons. There are also many smaller grills available that use disposable 1lb. tanks. Please let the Board know that we want to enjoy this simple pleasure to be allowed at Parkview Apartments.
