We have a poultry business located at Poblacion Sibonga sitio balaas barangay Guimbangcoan Cebu Philippines .This barangay official corrupt asking too much of a barangay clearance of 1%of our gross income every year.we have been paying for about 4 years for our renewalof our business permit.last yer we decided to make file complaint to the ombudsman but no avail.ourcasewas dismissed. I wonder why this kind of public service  tolerate their wrong doing.since we file complain he stop and hold our business permit .abuse of power and mastermind all alledge petition my poultry farm. This cause us no income  last 2011.
