By signing the petition you are not deciding for or against any changes . This petiton only reflects your desire to schedule a special, officially announced meeting with at least a 30 day notice of a date certain to every single owner to provide the facts, consequences, opinions, and alternatives of both sides of the argument . Each and every owner in this community has the right to cast one vote per property at the end of the meeting to decide if an amendment to the bylaws and restrictive covenants should be passed allowing lakefront owners the ability to construct traditional verticle perimeter seawalls at the water's edge or if other methods of shoreline management currently permitted by the bylaws should remain the standard.
