I think if a parent signs a waiver for his/her child or whoever is the legal guardian of that child. He/she should be able to attend any event! I think that if younger players start to get into the tournament early . It will create a lot more teams and a lot more call of duty fans

If their parents approve why keep this rule, their parents are probably paying for all the expensices so they clearly approve
