We the residents of Tustin, are petitioning to ban bus drivers from taking their rest breaks at the bus stops located on First street street in front of Larwin Square.

The current OCTA bus/rest stop causes multiple blind spots when exiting the Larwin Square shopping center on 1st Street in Tustin. Buses currently line up in front of the shopping center (multiple at a time) making it unsafe to turn out of the center safely.

Buses are constantly parked in front of the Larwin Square shopping center. There are currently four different bus stops located along first street.This makes a daily/hourly safety issue due to the difficulty of viability when exiting the shopping center.

We are proposing that the bus drivers no longer use this bus stop area for their rest periods and be relocated to a safer location.
