We believe Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Michael Vick should be sentenced to banning from the NFL for his heinous crimes of inhumane treatment of animals (AKA, dog fighting). Michael Vick has tortured innocent animals by the dozens (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/storyid=2884063) and torture is wrong, especially on these innocent, defenseless animals. Its time to ban Michael Vick for life.
The feedback I read daily confirms that cruelty to animals has no place in professional sports. I am currently compiling all these messages to send directly to the league office. Text three friends this link so they can add their names before I mail off the final list.

I just think allowing Vick to continue coasting as a famous NFL player and turning a blind eye to the many negative things he has been a part of is terrible, especially when he has been able to buy his way out of any "trouble" he has been in..turns my stomach and I hope this petition succeeds and proves that somethings cannot be fixed or taken back by money or fame it's about morals and public responsibility.

michaels vick is not a good role model. he served time for rackateering not for the atrocities he did to those poor dogs. he is unrepentant and shouldnt be in the public eye as an athlete making millions of dollars. it definitely sends the wrong message

How is he still allowed to play? Absolutely disgusting. He should be banned for life after what he did to those poor dogs.
