this Natwest bank is so convenient as I go to it every week. with there being so many 'out of town retail parks' I don't go into a town to make going to another bank one bit convenient!!! with two small children in tow this is a complete nightmare. Save Eccleshall branch please.
My nan who is 83 needs this bank. She is not able to get anywhere else. She also has dementia and its getting worse. She knows the bank and the people in there. The bank needs to stay!
Every time I've needed to use the Natwest bank in Eccleshall I've always had to queue, that in itself proves it's a well used and needed community service!! A 'town' without a bank??
Eccleshall has a population of around 6,000 people and a large proportion of these people are in the older generation. How short sighted of our High Street banks to close the only remaining counter I our town. It's all about money, money, money without a thought given to the community needs. Shame on you!
Yet another bank goes to the wall in Eccleshall. How can we reduce vehicle use when we have a 16 mile round trip to get yo a bank. How about older folk who can't drive?
this is the last bank in the town - where will local retailers get change without being charged?
another nail in the coffin for small communities!

Hi personally I can manage to do my banking online but know many in the village who cant. I have friends who have a business here and taking an hour round trip to Stafford during the day to bank is not an option. Therefore as the Villagers here keep reminding me its a TOWN, please keep this bank or replace it with another. Thanks
