This petition is in support of the removal of a racist book written in 1894 entitled, "Ten Little Niggers." While Ebay ensures that they place a disclaimer to their site stating "DISCLAIMER!! WE DO NOT AGREE WITH THE WORDS OR THE SENTIMENTS USED IN THIS EARLY PIECE OF BLACK AMERICANA! THIS SALE IS FOR HISTORICAL PRESERVATION ONLY," they [like any other organization or institution] should be held highly responsible for the reinforcement and support of racist, oppressive, and offensive material. (Please look at the link below to see this for yourselves.) It is our responsibility to challenge "the powers that be" and hold them ACCOUNTABLE for the incessant proliferation of social and idealogical poisons in our global society!

it is 2010 not 1894. time for these big companies to stop acting like this is acceptable.
Disclaimers dont mean anything when they are still making money off this trash. Take it down already.
The title alone is enough to be banned. shame on ebay for even hosting this.

Absolutely disgusting that this is still up for sale on sites like amazon. keep this garbage off the internet.
